Jade was the inaugural Head of Research & Partnerships with the Centre for the Governance of Artificial Intelligence (GovAI), housed at Oxford's Future of Humanity Institute.
Jade played a central role in steering GovAI's research priorities and projects, and also focused on building high-value relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. In 2019, she completed her DPhil in International Relations at the University of Oxford in 2019 on: “Who will govern artificial intelligence? Learning from the history of strategic politics in emerging technologies”. Jade is a Rhodes scholar, serial entrepreneur, and is currently focused on supporting the creation of an entrepreneurial ecosystem for high impact ventures that improve the long-term future in line with the principles of Effective Altruism and Longtermism.
